Online, February 16, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Viora is pleased to introduce Mr. Gerry Tal, who is joining us as Vice President of R&D. With over 15 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic device field, Mr. Tal promises to be a valuable addition to our Viora family.
Prior to joining Viora, Mr. Tal served as VP of R&D for over 2 years at Pollogen and successfully brought several RF technology-based devices to market. Prior to this, he worked at Power-Paper as VP of Product Development, where he developed trans-dermal drug delivery products, and as VP of R&D and Operations for Neurosonix, a start-up company developing noninvasive, ultrasound-based cerebral protection devices. Previous employment includes key positions at Lumenis and responsibility for bringing leading aesthetic and medical lasers and IPL systems to market. Mr. Tal holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (cum laude) from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
